Chef Daniele Gaetano, our Italian Chef creates authentic Italian as well as Caribbean dishes from the freshest local ingredients which he buys daily. Devin Nelles our resident Canadian oversees the Food & Beverage department, and is responsible for stocking our wine cellar with wines from different and little known regions of Italy.
Our Taste of Laluna Cooking Package is all about having fun. Guests have the opportunity to spend time, one on one with our Italian chef and prepare Italian dishes just like a true "Soprano". Also, it is a chance to taste some unique Italian wines, and prepare Laluna style cocktails, with our Food & Beverage Manager.
Our 7 night package for two includes:
Accommodation for two in a deluxe cottage with private plunge pool.
Daily American breakfast for two
Daily dinner for two (excluding drinks)
3 private one-hour sessions with our Chef
1 Caribbean cocktail session with our Bartender
